Shipping policy

Processing time (time to create items before shipping them) is 3-5 business days UNLESS otherwise noted in the top bar on this site. Some collections will have specified dates. Please reach out if you are unsure of the processing time on your order!

Items are shipped through USPS (unless you've selected another shipping brand at checkout). Tracking will be sent to your email provided at checkout automatically by Shopify

Lost/Delayed Items 

• Delayed/Lost items will need to be taken up with USPS. I have the same tracking info as you do. Since everything will have your address on it, the post office prefers to deal with the recipient directly.

Jewelry Shipping

• Jewelry and other physical items ship in boxes, using USPS ground advantage (formally called first class). This includes tracking on every purchase. 
• upgrades for priority shipping may be available at checkout. 

Sticker Shipping

• All stickers ship for free within the US, with first class mail, using regular stamps. This does NOT include tracking. Shipping time is usually 3-5 days.
